- 1 / 5By 303MCGUIREI am very disappointed in this Arby's. I asked for a meat mountain which is a item listed on their special menu and It was quickly refused. I showed the manager the ingredients and price listed on their website but he continued to deny my order stating they are a franchise and they don't have to make items that the corporation has on their "special menu".
I am very disappointed with the service that I received from this store and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
